All products supplied by Retacore Research are provided strictly for research, educational, laboratory, and reference purposes only.
They are not therapeutic goods, not medicines, and are not intended for human or animal use under any circumstances.

Products are not advertised, represented, or supplied for any medical, cosmetic, therapeutic, dietary, or performance-enhancing purpose, in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) and all applicable TGA regulations.

No Human or Animal Use

Products must not be:

• Consumed, ingested, injected, inhaled, absorbed, or applied to humans or animals

• Used for self-administration or clinical use

• Used as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, food additives, or veterinary products

Any use outside a controlled research or laboratory environment is strictly prohibited and undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Products supplied by Retacore Research:

• Have not been evaluated, approved, or registered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)

• Have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority

No product is intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition

• Be used as a therapeutic, medical, or cosmetic product

Any information provided regarding chemical, analytical, or biological characteristics is supplied for educational and research context only and does not constitute medical advice, therapeutic claims, or endorsement of any use.

Customer Representations and Responsibilities

By purchasing from Retacore Research, the customer represents and warrants that:

• They are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institution, or acting under appropriate supervision

• They possess the knowledge, training, and facilities required to safely handle research materials

• They are familiar with the health, safety, and handling risks associated with such materials

• They will ensure all handling, storage, use, transport, and disposal complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

The customer accepts sole responsibility for:

• Product selection, handling, storage, use, and disposal

• Conducting appropriate literature review, risk assessment, and method validation

• Ensuring appropriate warnings, safety controls, and training for any personnel involved

Retacore Research does not provide usage protocols, safety training, regulatory advice, or risk assessments.

Compliance With Laws

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to:

• Workplace health and safety

• Chemical handling and storage

• Import, export, customs, and biosecurity requirements

• Licensing, notification, or registration obligations

If the legality of purchasing, possessing, or using a product in the purchaser’s jurisdiction is uncertain, the product must not be ordered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Retacore Research, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any harm, injury, loss, damage, outcome, or consequence arising from:

• Misuse or unlawful use of any product

• Use outside a research or laboratory context

• Improper handling, storage, transport, or disposal

• Use by third parties or downstream recipients

Under no circumstances shall Retacore Research be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, research delays, data loss, reputational harm, or regulatory action.

Any liability, if established, shall be limited solely to the purchase price of the product or replacement of the product, at Retacore Research’s discretion.

Indemnification

By purchasing from Retacore Research, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Retacore Research and its affiliates from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, and legal costs arising from:

• The customer’s handling or use of any product

• Use by third parties supplied by the customer

• Breach of this disclaimer or applicable laws

• Any unlawful, negligent, or prohibited use
   

No Warranty

All products are supplied “as is” for research use only.

Retacore Research warrants only that products meet the specifications stated on the product label or certificate of analysis at the time of supply.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Restricted Sales and Age Requirement

Retacore Research reserves the right to:

• Limit, refuse, or cancel sales at its discretion

• Decline orders where misuse or regulatory risk is suspected

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
 

Customer Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer

• Accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes

• Acknowledge that Retacore Research bears no legal, financial, or personal liability under any circumstances
