Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which Retacore Research may provide refunds, replacements, or support regarding purchased items. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the conditions set out below.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and quality-control reasons, Retacore Research does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are considered final once the order is placed.
Order Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring all product selections, variants, and quantities are correct at checkout. Retacore Research is not obligated to provide refunds or replacements due to customer error; however, assistance may be provided at our discretion if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and product. Upon verification, Retacore Research may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund for the affected item.
We reserve the right to decline claims that cannot be validated or that result from misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow storage or handling guidelines.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal or courier service. Retacore Research is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers.
Customers experiencing delivery concerns should contact us for assistance; however, outcomes are subject to carrier investigation and policies.
Return Requirements
Where a return is approved by Retacore Research (in rare circumstances), the following conditions apply:

Items must be returned in unopened, unused, and original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise stated.

A return will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
